All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (HST).

2. Pickup Orders
All orders placed through this website are for pickup at our location: 2372 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON. We do not offer our own delivery service. Orders for delivery can be placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Skip.

3. Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including any modifiers or special requests. We are not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from customer error at checkout.

4. Allergens
Menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, egg, and soy. Please review allergen information listed with each menu item. If you have a severe allergy, contact us directly at info@cheburekyhouse.ca before ordering.

5. Availability
Menu items are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund.

6. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@cheburekyhouse.ca or 437-331-1003.

7. Promo Codes
Promotional codes are subject to their individual terms and expiration dates and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
